CSR Commitment
- Radical reduction in paper printing and recycling: we have chosen to dematerialize our work as much as possible, but for the residual paper generated by our activity, we have a partnership with the company Shred-it, which recycles 100% of our paper waste.
- Sorting of waste such as batteries, light bulbs, ink cartridges, etc., as well as ordinary waste: bottles, cans, cardboard, plastic, etc.
- Reducing the use of single-use containers by giving our employees a welcome pack including a water bottle and a mug in the FIDEXIA colors, ordered from Andikado, a community service provider that employs disabled people.
- And recently, at one of our sites, each employee was given a reusable towel bearing his or her name, with the aim of saving over 15,000 disposable towels a year.
In addition, we are particularly keen to ensure that within our company, equality between men and women is respected, both in terms of access to positions of responsibility and in terms of pay levels.
